Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed by 2PM MST ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Custom or special-order items may take longer — we'll let you know at the time of purchase if that applies to your order.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $1,000 ship free within the contiguous United States. Below that, shipping is a flat rate based on where it is going:

• $35 — Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Montana
• $50 — Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Mississippi, Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky
• $65 — the East Coast and Southeast
• $150 — Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations. Call us at 928-706-6112 and we will quote the actual freight.

Oversized and freight-only items — large intake manifolds, dyno equipment and similar — may need a separate freight quote. If that applies to your order we will contact you before anything ships.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via major carriers based on package size, weight and destination. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees — we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping through the website. If you need a part quickly, call us at 928-706-6112 and we will work out the fastest way to get it to you.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside the United States through the website. We do ship internationally — it just has to be quoted by hand, because freight and duties vary enormously by destination. Call 928-706-6112 or email horsepowerconnection@gmail.com with the parts you want and your address, and we will come back with a total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at 928-706-6112 as soon as possible — we'll help file a claim with the carrier and get it sorted out.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll do what we can to help redirect a shipment if it hasn't been delivered yet.
