Orders placed by 2PM MST ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Custom or special-order items may take longer — we'll let you know at the time of purchase if that applies to your order.
Orders over $1,000 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under that amount, oversized items, and freight-only items (large intake manifolds, dyno equipment, etc.) are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We ship via major carriers based on package size, weight, and destination. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees — we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at 928-706-6112 or through our Contact page as soon as possible — we'll help file a claim with the carrier and get it sorted out.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll do what we can to help redirect a shipment if it hasn't been delivered yet.
Availability and cost for international shipping are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about shipping outside the United States.
